Grapefruit essential oil is extracted from the rind of the fruit (citrus paradisi) and is known in aromatherapy for its revitalizing and stimulating effect. It can be inserted inside a room diffuser or an essence burner. It is ideal for performing a massage before sports, but also for draining massages. Simply add a few drops of grapefruit essential oil to a cream or carrier oil and then massage your arms and legs. It also boasts sebum-regulating, purifying and astringent properties. It is suitable for oily and impure skin. It is advisable to apply it diluted using a carrier oil, or by mixing a few drops with other formulations.
